I wrote like a massive pile of background for this sucker so might go into a lil detail later.

In the event of the gruesome events in Oslo and Utøya, I made this to use as my facebook picture. And I hope that's just what we'll do. We'll grow stronger and carry on, not letting the terror get to us...

I was planing on drawing a nice drawing, an "in memory of" drawing or something, but apparently I was watching too much news coverage of the terror attack, I wasn't able to get any thing right... Maybe next time, but if you want to see a "in memory of" drawing, you can see one HERE.

A day of Terror.

I'm speechless, and my thoughts goes to the people hit by the terror attack in Oslo today. A bomb blew up by our prime ministers office and later a shooting occurred at a political youth camp not far away..

Luckily, my bf came home from work as it happened, and Kyrie and his next of kind is also ok.

This is really all I can post today... Some thumbs from yesterday, and a face I think I had for the five hours I was watching the news...

Hopefully Kyrie will have something better to show tomorrow...

Early Lazy for me as well!

A Coworker/Friend lent me an art tablet, so I've been playing with some coloring this entire morning, mind you he also challenged to an "artoff". (Coworker/Friend = I do not really know the person, but lending expensive equipment to random people seems like friend like behavior)

For this image I was meant to do an "Clear female, heavy armour, obvious bad woman"
My first time touching a tablet in like forever so not at all pleased with the result, but hey, the more to work on the more room for improvement!
(Note of shame: I also got so sick of all the clear faults that I washed my hands early)

I bought a book a few days ago called My Life As a White Trash Zombie, and I finished it today. I must say, it was rather amusing^^ The end was super cliche, but that was ok, it fitted the story I guess.

Of course this book only made me want to work at a mortuary more than before:P

This is the main character of the book, Angel:P (she's holding frozen dinner package, if I say more I'll only spoil it) (c) Diana Rowland.

I too was at the cinema yesterday. We in fact watched Harry Potter together Kyrie and his beloved, and my better half and me^^. I think I would have enjoyed the film more if the person next to me hadn't been wailing and jumping in the seat all the time... and of course, the loud choking and panting and crying was kinda annoying...

ANYWAY!

Something decent today, although a crap scan...

I've been thinking a lot lately about my drawings, and how they are so static... It's lifeless and kind of boring.

So I've decided to start making stuff with a little bit more in it.. a face is always nice to draw, but not all the time. I feel like I'm repeating myself far to much..

Anyway, feeling sorry for the other half of this blog! Hope he is doing better today:) If not, he can always ask me to cover for him^^

that I woke up after 3 hours sleep, went to work, worked my ass of, got home, fell asleep, woke up and eat some tacos sleep till now.

Just a sketch from a car ride today.
Been trying to work on creating a 3d environment for my drawings,
So focusing on poses that need severe disproportion to look right.

As I mentioned in the last entry, my bf is making his own beer:) So I took the liberty of making the labels:P

From top left: Davfer-Wizen (a Weize beer he is currently making (Yes, I am aware of the typo on the label, it's supposed to be like that >_>)), Doubt-Stout (which is the one he will be making after the weizen) and Hop-Monster (which is an IPA, and will be made on a later occasion).

It was fun, and my bf likes the end result^^

In other news, I've printed four drawings for my portfolio! One step closer to getting somewhere!!
