Drink less sugary caffiniated drinks Exchange with tea.
Make real dinner.
Make varied dinner.
Walk to work.
Read outside.
Sit away from the tv, lights on.
Might work.
Before I find out if my headache gets any better, Vinter will holiday sketch us I'm guessing ;).
